  • Please use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome as your browser to allow for smooth processing.
  • Please have the following documents and information ready before filling in the form. It is not possible to save the file during the editing process.

Institutions with several employees (2 people or more):

If you have a valid certificate as an education provider, you need to upload the original document.

Which certificates are referred to as "valid quality certificate as education provider"?

Currently valid quality certificates from Ö-Cert or other well-recognised quality management systems, e.g. country seal (CERT-NÖ), or ISO 9001:2015. You can find a complete list of quality certificates by following this link.

If you have obtained the label "Good Practice in Digital Senior Education", you need to upload the original file.

If you do not have a currently valid quality certificate as an education provider, you need:

  • your current course offerings (list of courses)
  • a document explaining how you wish to gather feedback from participants
  • general terms and conditions including registration, participation and cancellation conditions
  • a privacy policy
  • criteria and demands for the choice of trainers
This information can be uploaded as a file or entered (with a link) in the corresponding field.

Self-employed trainers:

  • proof of activity as a self-employed trainer (extract from the SVA [German for "Sozialversicherungsanstalt"; English: "Social Insurance Institution"])
  • proof of your market presence
  • information on your educational offers
  • statement on your understanding of quality in the context of your educational offers
  • statement on how you wish to gather feedback
  • general terms and conditions including registration, participation and cancellation conditions
  • privacy policy
  • curriculum vitae (CV)
  • relevant pedagogical-didactic evidence
  • validation of your expertise related to digital tools/digital media
  • self-commitment (you can download this document in the provider check, sign it with your e-ID/”Handy-Signatur”/mobile phone signature or manually and upload it afterwards)
The required information can be uploaded as a file or entered (with a link) in the corresponding box.

How can you prove your qualification as a trainer?
  • Upload your curriculum vitae (CV) and a relevant pedagogical-didactic evidence. A complete list is not necessary, a single document is sufficient, e.g. a certificate of a trainer course.
  • Describe your professional knowledge related to digital media: You are asked to describe your knowledge and experience associated with digital media in more detail. This may also include informally acquired skills (e.g. through learning by doing).
