It is gratifying that Austria is seizing the opportunity to take on a pioneering role in raising and measuring digital competences. Österreichische Post AG also benefits from this development. Most of our services are digital. That is why we need well-educated employees with appropriate digital qualifications in order to offer the best advisory service to our customers. It is our objective to give everyone access to our postal and financial services - in the cities and in the countryside. To achieve this, we intend to use our network of around 1,800 branches accordingly.
